Oak & Lily Physical Therapy & Wellness provides personalized physical therapy, developmental, and lactation support for infants and their families. Founded by Laurie K. Slaughter, PT, MPT, NTMTC, IBCLC, Oak & Lily brings compassionate, evidence-informed care directly to families throughout Wendell and surrounding communities in Wake County, North Carolina.
Our approach recognizes that movement, positioning, comfort, feeding, and development are closely connected. By combining expertise in pediatric physical therapy and lactation, we help parents understand their baby’s individual needs and develop practical strategies that naturally fit everyday family life. In-home and virtual appointments make supportive, family-centered care accessible where families need it most.

Pediatric Physical Therapy & Development
Oak & Lily provides in-home pediatric and infant physical therapy evaluations and treatment tailored to each child’s unique needs. Infant Feeding & Lactation Support
Lactation consultations provide personalized guidance to help families address feeding concerns and better understand their infant’s needs. Family & Community-Based Support
Support extends beyond the traditional therapy setting with virtual consultations, daycare and community-based visits, and infant massage instruction for parents. Oak & Lily also provides developmental environment assessments to help families make practical changes that encourage their baby’s development within everyday routines.
